There are plenty of times when gas or groceries are only a mile or two away from where we anchor out, and launching the gas scooter can be a pain. That's where a nice ebike comes in. If you have a good off-grid solar system on your shanty, you can keep your ebike always charged and ready for a side quest.

I am a woman in my 60s and have never worked on a bike before,... so needless to say it was a little intimidating having to but the handle bar and front tire on, but I did it and took it for a spin. The bike is very powerful and sturdy and everything seems to be in working order. I absolutely love the color, I am going to love riding it! My only complaints are that the bike ships from USA but the helmet I ordered on your website is in route from China and still hasn't arrived so can't really take it for a good spin, also your website does not offer a bike pump to order so I had to oder from Amazon still waiting on that as well. Other than that very happy with my order. Oh I almost forgot the fenders, rear rack and tail light are well made and sturdy, thanks for the free items.

This is the Best Bike yet, I had a Heybike that was lost by the Moving Co. from our move from Calif to AZ. I had this bike assembled at The Rad Stop Ride Shop on Tuesday . I like the e-bike and pretty easy to set up but the manual needs help ! Seat could be better ! Rides good and like the suspension ! Overall pretty happy !
I had an issue with the derrailleur protector . It was not installed , it was in the charger box . I took the bike for an inspection at a local shop and problem solved.

This bike is adequate but there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of quality control and packaging for shipping. I did 2 test rides: 30 miles on a packed gravel trail with less than 3 of 5 bars battery remaining, and 40 miles on a paved up and down surface, again with less than 3 of 5 bars battery remaining, so the range is good. The rear and front suspension is great. The seat is horribly hard and uncomfortable. The front brake disc was warped or damaged during shipping (it was shipped with the disc facing the outside of the box so it could have been easily damaged during shipping); the rear disc was also out of true and had to be tuned as it rubbed during only part of its revolution. The rubber cover for the on bike charging port will not stay closed when the battery is inserted; the battery presses it outward every time. The pedal crank is not true and has a slight noticeable wobble. The bike presents well with its metallic orange paint. The written manual i received has so many things missing from it that should be addressed, including but not limited to: how to reset the trip and time and how to lock/unlock speeds for those who have to comply with class 2 restrictions--it comes unlocked as a class 3 bike despite the sticker on it saying class 2. I rated this bike a 3 out of 5 because i am neither very happy nor very disappointed with it. They can do a lot better.

Shipping was fast. The touch up paint bottle was empty upon arrival. I did notify you with an email and picture. No notice of it being shipped yet. Bike arrived with a couple of nicks on the right side frame. My reason for concern about getting touch up paint. Assembly went smooth. A few minor adjustments on the brakes. My two complaints are that seat is not comfortable for me and apparently it does not have cruise control. A big deal for me. I read online that it did. So I guess my bad for not contacting you directly to find that out. Happy otherwise.

The manual is pretty vague on some items and could use a revision like where the bracket goes for the derailed. And more settings detail on how to zero out the trip odometer. Other than that love the bike.
I absolutely love my bike, as it looks great and works perfectly! There was an issue cosmetically with the back break when I received it so I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly to my concerns and quickly corrected it. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and bike itself!

I’ve had it for a week now, and I’ve ridden it to and from the nearest grocery store both the other day and today—so far, everything’s great. Since I have to ride on a stretch of rough, half-finished gravel road, I’m really glad to feel how the suspension is protecting my lower back and hips. Plus, it’s absolutely gorgeous!
