Do we offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping to the 48 Continental United States. We don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long will it take to receive my ebike?

In-stock products usually will be shipped in 1-3 business days unless special information is noted on the product page. Delivery time generally takes around 3-7 business days, which depends on where you live. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after the order ships out, including the shipped item, tracking number, shipping carrier, and shipping address.

How can I track the logistics of my order?

If you have registered on lacrosebike.com, you can track your order and shipping information on your account.

If you haven't registered on our site, you can also check your order status on the "Track" page.

If you'd like to know more shipping information, you can contact our customer service team. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Will my purchased accessories be shipped together with the ebike?

We ship the ebikes and purchased accessories separately. Rest assured that you will receive the items you paid for.

Will my bike arrive assembled?

Your bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will also provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video. You can assemble your ebike within 20-30 minutes even if you are a novice. Please refer to our YouTube channel to assemble the bike.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Charging the battery from empty to full usually takes 8 hours for Lacros Thunder and Lacros Cyclone, and 6 hours for Lacros Pinecone.
In rare cases, it may take longer, especially when the bike is new or after extended storage, to allow the battery management system to balance the battery.

How to clean the bike?

Remove the battery before cleaning, then clean your ebike as a regular bike.

Can I ride Lacros Bikes in the rain?

Our ebikes are able to be safely ridden in light rain, but it is not advisable to ride them in heavy downpours or on flooded streets, as this may cause damage to the electronic components of your ebike. Additionally, it is recommended not to leave your ebike exposed to rain when parked outside.

Do I need a license to ride an ebike on the road?

No. Our ebikes are under US regulations and laws that enable you to ride them without a specific license.

Should I drain the battery before charging?

Lacros Bikes use Lithium-ion batteries. It's advisable to recharge your battery before it becomes completely depleted. Even if you plan to store the battery for a while, it's best not to let it drain completely as it still requires a certain amount of energy. If the battery drains for a long time,  it may not be recharged again. The best way is to maintain the battery at around 75 percent range.

What are the specifications of the Lacros Bike battery and charger?

Lacros Thunder and Lacros Cyclone use a 48V 20Ah Lithium-Ion battery with a 48V 2A charger.

Lacros Pinecone uses a 48V 12.8Ah Lithium-Ion battery with a 48V 2A charger.

Can I stack the two discounts repeatedly?

Sorry, each order can only apply a single coupon code, and we do not support stacking coupons. Thanks for your understanding.

Why was my Credit Card declined?

Common reasons: 1. Not enough available credit; 2. Fraud suspected; 3. Expired card; 4. Unactivated card; 5. Cancelled card by Issuer(theft, fraud, delinquency, missed payment, or inactivity).

What should I do if my ebike has any issues during the warranty period?

Please feel free to contact us. In order to detect and solve the issues as quickly as possible, send an email to us describing the issues in detail and providing videos and pictures. We believe that communication is the best way to solve problems.
