best bike for your money, full supension means alot. Alot of bike for a great price ,had a small issue with fender allen bolts but they took car of it with no problem. I would highly recommend this product.

This bike is awesome! I am using it to travel in a downtown area where I live. I’ll still try to get my 5 miles of steps a day, and for extended distances hop onto this e-bike for timeliness and punctuality, to meet my commitments a walk might not. In addition, it’s beautiful. The tires are Fat/Thick providing confidence in the ride. The shock absorber lessens the impact of a bumpy ride, feeling smooth and carefree. To be honest, I don’t even pedal! I ride it like I would any vehicle.
With this vehicle pivot to an e-bike, I sold my car. No more gasoline expense, car/finance payment, insurance, maintenance, DMV registration fees, I venture to say I save myself $10k per year. Be a prudent driver, because this e-bike is fast as bikes go.

The box was well protected and bike was well wrapped.
Just put the bike together and charging the battery now. First thing i noticed when i opened the box is the back rack was scratched and scuffed other than that it arrived in good condition. Assembly was pretty easy.I had to completely turn the post around because the handle bar assembly was in the wrong position. There were no instructions for the front fender and one of the screw holes was stripped. Hopefully it won’t rattle and I can fix that.

Got my E bike.Charged the battery went out for a little ride on the Pinellas Trail here in Florida. It was pretty easy to ride then I took it up one weekend to a property up at a hunting area with a lot of sugar sand, and it was a little hilly, but this thing went right through all of it. I was pretty impressed. Went out to check cameras in the woods and it took 25 minutes! Walking takes 1 1/2 hours. This is a game changer for hunting!!!

It is surprised that I got the bike about 3 days earlier than the expected date was.It came nicely packaged, the assembly took about 30 minutes,it was a little messy when we first unpacked it, but we got it done.The seat it comes with, in my opinion, is very comfortable, I am also a bigger person.The headlight is actually really good as well. The bike looks really nice overall, I really like the black. It's a really good bike for the price, and I'm glad I got this one.

How long will it take to receive my ebike?

Delivery time generally takes around 3-7 business days, which depends on where you live. How long does it take to charge the battery?
Charging the battery from empty to full usually takes 8 hours for Lacros Thunder and Lacros Cyclone, and 6 hours for Lacros Pinecone.
In rare cases, it may take longer, especially when the bike is new or after extended storage, to allow the battery management system to balance the battery.
