FAQs

During/After Assembling

Why my Cyclone fork is asymmetrical?

Don’t worry—this is just part of the installation process. Watch the video to identify the specific problem you’re facing, then follow the installation instructions to adjust the four mounting screws on the front fork and install your Cyclone correctly.

After installation, my front fork feels unstable and wobbles.

This issue is usually caused by loosening too many bolts during the front-end installation process, which can cause the already-installed front fork to come loose. Simply follow the video to loosen and readjust the bolts, then tighten them securely (make sure to tighten every single bolt). Please refer to the adjustment video.

Why are my brakes making noise after assembly?

Some brake noise during the first rides is normal, especially with new disc brakes. The pads and rotors need a short break-in period.

Usually, the noise reduces after several rides. If rubbing continues constantly, you may need a small brake caliper adjustment.

Why does the handlebar feel misaligned with the front wheel?

Simply loosen the stem bolts slightly, align the handlebar with the front wheel, and tighten the bolts securely.
