Shipping Cost & Destination

We provide free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Time

Typically, products that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless specific details are provided on the product page. The delivery period generally spans 3-7 business days, contingent upon your location. After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include details like the dispatched item, tracking number, chosen shipping carrier, and shipping address.

Shipping Carrier & Method

Based on the dimensions and weight, we select different shipping carriers: FedEx or UPS for e-bikes, and USPS or DHL for accessories. The accessories you've ordered will be shipped separately from the e-bike's packaging. Rest assured that you will receive all the items you've purchased.

Shipping Modification & Cancellation

Pre-shipment:

Cancellation: If your order hasn't been shipped, you can email us to cancel the order at support@lacrosebike.com. There is a 5% processing fee for cancellation.

Modification of address: No fees will be charged.

Modification of model: No fees will be charged.

After Shipment:

Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped but you would like to cancel the order, there is a 10% processing fee for cancellation and a $150 shipping fee.

Modification of address: Do not support

NOTICE:

1. In the case of parcels that are refused, we reserve the right to collect a processing fee of $150 per bike. If you opt to cancel the order, a $150 shipping fee and a 10% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.

2. We do not assume responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage resulting from the actions or omissions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
