FAQ
Q: Does it work with Android phones? A: No. It requires an iPhone or iPad running iOS/iPadOS 14.5 or later.
Q: How far can it track my e-bike? A: Within Bluetooth range (~50 m) you get direction and distance. Out of range, the tag uses the global Apple Find My network — nearby Apple devices report its location, so it works worldwide as long as it passes near any iPhone.
Q: Where should I hide it on my e-bike? A: The most discreet spots are under the saddle, inside the frame triangle pouch, or around the stem. The black metal body blends into the frame.
Q: Will a thief know it's there? A: The Tag is small (32 g) and can be concealed. Note that Apple's anti-stalking feature may alert an iPhone-holding thief to a moving unknown tracker — for recovery, hide it well and mark it Lost promptly.
Q: Is the battery replaceable? A: Yes. The 240 mAh battery lasts about 12 months and can be replaced without tools.
Q: Is it water-resistant enough for riding in the rain? A: Yes. The metal body is splash-resistant, built for daily riding in rain and road spray.
