We absolutely love these bikes! Very smooth riding, lots of pep! Customer service has been awesome. Very highly recommend these bikes and this company! I did a ton of research over many many months and I am so glad this is a brand we chose. We did change the seats, but that’s because we like a wider seat. We are both over 50, and I have a bad knee and this is a lot me get out and enjoy nature and the trails.

I'm enjoying my senior years, and I bought this bike to help me get around the holly terrain near my place. It works well and it's a comfortable ride within 20 or so miles. I love the pedal assist.
Got my bike two weeks ago got 250 miles on it love everything about it. The closest store to me is a dollar store 15 miles away. I make this trip every three or four days 30 mile round-trip one thing I love about this bike that they did not say or I did not know like in first gear with a little pebble. You’re running about 6 miles an hour shift, a second and it automatically go about 9 miles an hour third you doing about 12 miles an hour fourth around 17 and then fifth is gone 28. You do not have to use the throttle. None just a little peddling and it does this but you have the option if you wanna run a little faster in a certain gear, you can use the throttle. I’ve added a seat with a back wrist for the more comfort. I’m 80 years old have not had no problem other than did have a bad back tire, but they said they would replace it. it is the best and most comfortable ride that I have ever had love it. I live out in the country the road I travel daily is pretty curvy and a lot of pretty good hills The bike is good for 50 miles easy. The only thing I dislike is the battery charger. It takes about 7 to 8 hours to charge when it gets down to one or two bars. Wish I could get a better battery charger. Going to check and see if they have one. thank you love this bike. A little about me like I said I am 80 years old 511 220 pounds have lost about 8 pounds in the last two weeks riding this bike in the last eight years I have had cancer eight different times never thought I would ever be able to ride a bike, but I have no problem with this one like I said love it is doing me a lot of good
Love the suspension
The Cyclone handles the sand here in Florida very well and the suspension is wonderful. There was a bit too much power for me so changed the settings. It's fine now.
Love this bike . I had to make a few adjustments out of the box and added a suspension seat post, seat and shock for a bit more comfort. Also a rear view mirror. You gotta love the orange color. I really like pedaling around the neighborhood on this. I’m really glad I chose this bike over the others I looked at.

So far so good on the bike itself, I enjoy the ride and the power it has. My problem right now is that there was some damage to the bike in shipping and I have currently be going around and around with Seel to get the parts that were damaged replaced. It has now been 3 days since my last communication with them. For those that don’t know, Seel is the shipping insurance that you buy at the end of your purchase. And I strongly recommend that you spend the $25 and get it. The rear rack is what got the most damage and Seel has not finalized my claim yet. Their website is kind of hokey and I have so far only been able to upload 1 of 9 photos of damage. So to be honest I feel like I am waiting for them to deny my claim. But we will see. However aside from all of that, the bike is great, very comfortable and works very well for my needs. I only commute roughly 5 miles a day round trip and it works out perfectly for that. Also I would like to point out FedEx is a terrible courier, that is who delivered it and I knew I was going to have problems as soon as I saw they were the shipping company. Hopefully everything will be fixed soon. Update- wonderful news, Seel replied back to me and is reimbursing me for the full cost of a new rear rack and Lacros even offered to send me touch up paint to fix the scratches on the handlebars. I am very appreciative of the outcome. Clearly Lacros is a company that stands by their product and is willing to do whatever it takes to make things right.

Bought the bike for my dad and he loved it. Color was nice and just the way you ride it was nice. When we got the bike, we noticed the display was damaged due to shipping. I contacted customer service and got a new part within the week. The only I want to complain about is the lack of adjustments on the settings. Bike has too much torque to start with.
