It has been a long while since I've owned a bike, so I was pleasantly surprised that the chain/bike lock is covered in material and not plastic. It protects the paint from scratches and so easy to lock/unlock and use.
Very nice bike with a solid ride and well built, pleasure to ride on and looks great as well.
The lock works, but the design is a bit weird. You have to turn the key to open the mechanism that allows the lock to actually close. Otherwise you can't get it on. Also the chain is much flimsier IRL than in the photo. These kinds of locks aren't the best for ebikes anyway in my opinion, so it's nice I got a basic lock for free until I can buy a premium one.
It's not what is advertised on the website. Very cheap in my opinion. I would suggest an alarm n disk lock.
I really like the new bike. Looks great and rides even better.
