    This rack is awesome, the one that came on the bike was damaged in shipping. I worked with Lacros and Seel the insurance company and they got me a new one almost immediately. The new one looks amazing. The bag I purchased separately fits it perfectly and has lots of support. The rear light is great for being seen and the brake light that is integrated works perfectly to let pedestrians and vehicles operators know when you are stopping. Highly recommend. A big thanks to Lacros and Seel for taking care of things when they did not go as planned.

    At first we didn't understand how to turn the key on the operate it and thought it was a bad purchase, but after realizing our mistake and having the Reps explain it, we really like it. It's something at our age we have to be more careful with and we will be purchasing the Adult Training Wheels to stabilize our balance issues, but it's very exciting to use and we appreciate the follow up with our concerns.
