We provide free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
*Note: For policy reasons, we do not support filling in PO Box addresses or military addresses. We also do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Carrier & Method
Based on the dimensions and weight, we select different shipping carriers: FedEx or UPS for ebikes, and USPS or DHL for accessories. The accessories you've ordered will be shipped separately from the e-bike's packaging. Rest assured that you will receive all the items you've purchased.
Shipping Modification & Cancellation
Pre-shipment:
Cancellation: If your order hasn't been shipped, you can email us to cancel the order at customer@lacrosebike.com. There is a 5% processing fee for cancellation.
Modification of address: No fees will be charged.
Modification of model: No fees will be charged.
After Shipment:
Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped but you would like to cancel the order, there is a 10% processing fee for cancellation and a $150 shipping fee.

NOTICE:
1. In the case of parcels that are refused, we reserve the right to collect a processing fee of $150 per bike. If you opt to cancel the order, a $150 shipping fee and a 10% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.
2. We do not assume responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage resulting from the actions or omissions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
